Privacy policy
FrameOSU edits and exports on your device, without accounts, ads or tracking. Your media is never uploaded. Internet access is used for music catalog updates and downloads, Pixabay imports, suggestions you send, and links you choose to open.
Projects, settings, downloaded music and caches stay on this device. Imported media is referenced rather than copied. Auto Reel analysis and its bundled models run locally; footage is not uploaded or used to train models. Settings can clear caches, and downloaded tracks can be removed individually.
We send only your suggestion, optional email address and app version. No project files, media or device identifiers are included.
The report says which version you are on, what kind of device this is, and what the app was doing. It contains no video, no photos, no project names and nothing you typed.
Crash reports are optional, shown in full before sending and never uploaded automatically. They can include system and app versions, technical error stacks, session times, screen and playback state, project counts and recent diagnostic events. They exclude media, filenames, paths, project names and typed content. Feedback and approved crash reports go to the NeuraTiM support service; feedback may include your optional reply email. There are no accounts, ads, tracking or third-party analytics or crash SDKs.
The public GitHub music catalog is checked at most once every 24 hours while the app is open. Playing an undownloaded published track downloads that file. A Pixabay link you paste fetches its page or audio from Pixabay. These HTTPS requests send no account, project or device identifier. Browser links open only when selected. Media and save permissions are requested when their actions need them.
